The Alliance of Minority Owned Nanny Agencies & Professional Nannies (AMONAPN) is a non-profit organization that provides a safe space where agency owners and nannies of color are able to connect, network, and flourish without regard to the color of their skin. AMONAPN is intentional on providing support, opportunities, and resources in order to change the image of domestic staff related roles from 'the help' to that of a respected career field.
